Saray started composite panel production in 2007 and realized the production of B1 class aluminium composite panel for the first time in Turkey. Then produced A2 class again first time in Turkey and have most references. Saray has the possibility to produce all colors with coil coating plant. The company produces 7.500.000 m2 composite panel per year with 3 composite panel facilities.

Panels that used for production of Saray Aluminium composite panels’ PVDF, Nano PVDF, Wood pattern, Polyester and Purp coating process are operating in its own modern coil coating facility. The facility has 3 coil coating line and 1 upper surface treatment line. The facility has also an advanced laboratory so production are constantly monitored. PVDF, Nano / Antigraffiti PVDF, Polyester, Epoxy Polyester and Purp paint production can be manufactured in the facility. In addition, PVDF and Wood patterned polyester paint applications can be operate in facility. Aluminium plates from 0.15 mm to 1 mm. thickness can be coated in facility. Painting of plates from 800 mm to 1600mm width can also be done in facility.
