Drawing from a wealth of over 40 years of experience, SARAY Aluminum is the premier provider of aluminum profile production services to industrial clientele, facilitated by our state-of-the-art integrated facility.
SARAY operates 9 presses for extrusion, supplying to a wide spectrum of sectors including HVAC, automotive and automotive supply, defense, aviation, railway, heat-sink, lighting, scaffolding, hydraulic gear pump, machine construction, shipyard, and shipyard equipment industries.
Our comprehensive offerings encompass billet casting in various alloys, mold production, cutting-edge extrusion lines, and advanced surface treatment capabilities such as two anodizing and three powder coating lines, complemented by our mechanical processing units.

Our cast house, encompassing a closed area of 22,000 square meters, is equipped with cutting-edge facilities. It begins with our environmentally conscious recycling center featuring a de-lacquering furnace. Within this facility, we operate five advanced melting furnaces equipped with magnetic stirring capabilities. Additionally, we have implemented state-of-the-art continuous homogenization furnaces and cooling cabinets.
Collectively, these assets grant us an impressive annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of billet. Our billets are manufactured in various diameters, including 6”, 7”, 9”, 10”, and 12”, with lengths of up to 8000 mm. and well-suited for standard alloys such as 1050, 1350, 6005, 6005A, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082, and 6463. Furthermore, we have the capability to produce billets with special alloys upon request.
Our commitment to quality is unwavering. We conduct meticulous sampling before and after casting, followed by spectral controls. Subsequently, we perform shell zone thickness measurements, microstructure evaluations, and analyses of segregation and grain boundaries after the homogenization process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
