    Composite Panel

    As a result of years of R&D efforts, Saray Group started the production of Turkey’s first and only Mineral-Filled A2 Fire-Resistance Class Aluminum Composite Panels in 2006, which are exported to over 60 countries. This high-tech product is manufactured in our own facilities and with the technology we have developed ourselves.

    A2 Class Aluminum Composite Panels are non-combustible materials used for cladding building facades, providing the highest level of fire resistance. Fires occurring worldwide have made it mandatory for buildings to be clad with fire-resistant materials. According to the ‘Fire Protection of Buildings’ regulation, published by the Council of Ministers with decision number 2009/15316 dated 10.08.2009, it is mandatory to use A-class non-combustible materials in buildings with a height of 21.5 meters or more.

    Mineral-Filled A2 Panels have a total thickness of 4 mm and are laminated with 0.5 mm thick aluminum on both the top and bottom of the 3 mm thick non-combustible mineral core material. The aluminum used on the top is coated with PVDF technology to ensure maximum durability against external weather conditions. Panels produced with PVDF paint technology come with a 20-year warranty.

    One of Saray Group’s most important goal is to continuously produce new and innovative products, thereby providing alternatives to imported products and contributing to the Turkish economy. The fire resistance and quality tests of Saray A2 Class Aluminum Composite Panels have been tested and certified by both local and international laboratories.
