Composite Panel
One of our most important goals as Saray Group is to continuously produce new and innovative products, thereby offering alternatives to imported goods and contributing to the Turkish economy.
A2 Class Non Combustible (A2-S1, d0) Mineral Core
B1 Class Fire Retardant (B-S1, d0)
B2 Class Standard ACP
Saray uses Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVdF) paint at Saraybond and Aluface ACP which is the best performed paint at Humidity, Chemical, UV, Color and Gloss durability.
Solid Colors, Metallic Colors, Timber Effects, Nano Anti-Graffiti Coating, Stone Effects, Marble and Granite Effects, Corten Effect, Texture, Brocades, Mirror and Brushed Surface are available.
In case of using the appropriate type of ACP convenient, aluminum sub-construction and assembly solutions that will meet your Project’s static calculation values and technical data requirements, under normal atmospheric conditions, Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVdF) products are guaranteed for 20 years that will be valid starting from the shipment date.
Guarantee varies according to the location of the project, the color of the panel, the type of paint, number of layers and texture and includes cracking, paint breakage, paint peeling and color fading that is out of tolerance.
We offer environmental friendly, sustainable, efficient, innovative solutions and contribute to the creation of green buildings.
Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) Kayıt No: S-P-00834
Our coil coating facility allows us to produce any desired color.
If you prefer a matte appearance in your project, we can produce ACP up to 5 Gloss matte.
If you want your building to shine brightly, we can produce ACP up to 90 Gloss brightness.

The most important point during cutting and installation of metallic-colored composite panels is to ensure that all directional arrows are aligned in the same direction.
All panels should be installed with either all A or all B directional arrows matching.
If opposite directions are used, tone differences may occur.
It is recommended to apply the same method even for non-metallic colors.
Color differences may occur in aluminum composite panels produced in different batches.
To maintain color consistency, the total quantity required for your project should be ordered at once.
Panels should be stored at room temperature (18°C) for at least 24 hours after production, and production should also be done at room temperature.
Stacking should be done on a flat surface.
A maximum of 5 pallets can be stacked on top of each other, and pallet spacers must align vertically.
Panels should be lifted one by one and carried upright by two people without bending.
Panels to be used within a certain period should be handled with gloves.
When stacking panels, no foreign objects should be placed between them to avoid surface damage.
Composite panels should be cleaned at least once a year.
Cleaning should be done manually with a soft brush or cloth, or using a pressure washer (maximum 50 bar) with soft water for the first rinse.
If necessary, a mild cleaning detergent with a pH of 6–7 can be added up to a maximum of 10%.
During the cleaning process, the surface should not be heated by sunlight (maximum 40°C).
Otherwise, rapid drying may cause staining.
Do not use substances such as potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, or caustic soda.
Do not use acidic or abrasive cleaning products.
To prevent surface contamination, it is recommended to use NANO SARAYBOND with anti-graffiti properties.
